Thank you for shopping with Tippacks. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.


14-Day Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The currency pack must be unused and unopened

  • All $1 notes must be returned in full

  • The packaging must be intact and not tampered with

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Due to the nature of currency products, we cannot accept returns where packs have been opened, partially used, or where any notes are missing.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at tippacks@zohomail.eu with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Confirmation that the pack remains unopened

We will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Because the return contains currency, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 working days

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
