Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Responsibility
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
Because orders contain currency, we may require confirmation before issuing any replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
