These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tippacks website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Tippacks is a UK-based business supplying small-denomination US dollar packs and travel preparation materials for UK travellers.

2. Products

We sell pre-prepared US dollar ($1) note packs designed for tipping and incidental expenses when travelling in the United States.

All currency supplied is genuine US dollars.

Exchange rates are applied at the time we purchase currency from our supplier. Our product pricing reflects currency costs, operational expenses, and service fees.

Tippacks is not a regulated foreign exchange provider and does not provide financial services, currency exchange services, or financial advice. We sell fixed-value currency packs only.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract

  • The information provided is accurate and complete

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices include standard UK delivery unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of currency markets, we reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to purchase.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched using tracked UK delivery services.

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where reasonably possible.

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of currency products, opened, used, or partially used packs cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site security

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
